Simply play the videos and complete the exercises and assignments.

Being Your Grand Self Online Program is comprised of 12 Modules (sections) with corresponding lessons attached to them.  Be sure to do each lesson and module in order.    All of the lessons for each module are underneath each other on the same page, so all you have to do is scroll down to the next lesson in the module.  Some modules have only one lesson, while other modules include several lessons.   

All of the modules are listed as links at the top of each page.

To make it easier for you, we have included a button at the bottom of each module that, when clicked, will take you to the next module.

Please note: 

It is important to complete each Module and Lesson in order.  Jumping ahead can slow down your progress because each lesson builds for the next.  

​

The first part of the course builds your knowledge of who you really are, your Grand Limitless True Self.  You see what is possible and learn how the mind works.  The second part of the course shows you how to get the results you want, and the third part of the course is all about practicing the how, and applying the knowledge.
